Expectancy Effects of High Functional SMB-8 Composite Material

  • Smart Self-Healing Surface

    SMB-8 was loaded with dodecylamine Corrosion inhibitor to dope an ZnO QD to obtain a smart protective coating. ZnO QDs are dissolvable at pH lower than 6.0, degradation of the SMB-8 at different pH values was investigated

  • Lubricant

    During the friction process, SMB-8 react with each other and also with the metal substrate to enhance the bond with the film and the substrate to further improve lubricity.

  • UV Protection

    SMB-8 can increased in vitro SPF and hydrophobicity. SMB-8 can applied to composite materials for uv protection.

  • Superhydrophobic

    The dispersion of the nanotube is outstanding, and the organic functionalization of the surface can be used to set the refractive index identically to the high molecular compound in order to maximize the transparency.
